MAX-3D: True 3-D TSV Layout

True 3-Dimensional Layout



MAX-3D TSV Layout is the only true 3D layout editor, handling multiple technologies with true Through-Silicon Via (TSV) capability.

MAX-3D enables 'Through-Silicon Via Wafer Stack' Technology - a technology allowing faster interconnects between discrete wafers. This is accomplished by connecting wafers of varying technologies together with vias through the wafers yielding a single 3-D stacked chip.

MAX-3D has the capacity and speed to handle the largest and nost comlex designs. Features such as limiting editing to a single wafer, or connectivity tracing through multiple wafers, make MAX-3D the only editor for your 3D designs.

MAX-LS - The Tool for Real Layout Designers



MAX-LS features true Schematic-Driven Layout Design, offering the ability to interactively generate layout that is DRC- and LVS-correct with devices automatically sized.

MAX-LS Schematic-driven Layout System seamlessly integrates the schematic capture of SUE with the MAX layout editor to provide true, schematic-driven physical layout. It includes interactive cell generation based on LVS and DRC correct layout, and can handle the largest SoC IC design databases. Its GDSII output can go directly to mask composition products for IC fabrication.
